FounderJasmin founded Leovant with a vision to create a recruiting firm built on genuine relationships, transparency, and a deeper understanding of what people truly want out of their careers and businesses. With more than 10 years of recruiting experience and multiple industry awards throughout her career, she saw an opportunity to move away from transactional recruiting and build a company centered around people first.
As a mother of four, Jasmin understands the importance of building a life that aligns with both personal and professional goals. That perspective continues to shape the foundation of Leovant today helping companies grow with the right talent while helping individuals create careers and lives they are proud of. Her passion for meaningful connections, long-term partnerships, and authentic communication is at the core of everything the company represents.
James Oates
Director of Business Development & TrainingJames has leadership experience in both construction and military service, James brings a disciplined, people first approach to recruiting. As a former business owner in the construction industry and a Navy and Army combat veteran, he understands the importance of trust, accountability, and putting the right people in the right roles.
